"Receipt was easy enough, thankfully"
I needed the receipt for an order and, thankfully, it was sitting right there in my email. The invoice was clear too, which I appreciate because I really wasn’t in the mood to chase support or click through a bunch of unnecessary steps.

I had a small issue with my order, so I reached out to customer service. They got back to me quicker than I expected and were helpful. It did take one extra message to fully sort it out, but everything was fixed in the end. Not perfect, but I’m happy overall with my experience with Next.

I’ve ordered from next.co.il a few times and the discount codes have mostly worked fine. One code didn’t go through at first but when I checked the terms it turned out to be my mistake. The discount shows up clearly at checkout which I like. I wouldn’t give it 5 stars because some sale items sell out really quickly but overall it’s been simple and fair.

"gift card worked without a fuss"
i had a Next gift card plus a small voucher code, and both went through fine on next.co.il. the checkout made it obvious where to add them, which was nice because some sites make that part weirdly hard to find.

my order went through on the first try, and the remaining balance was shown clearly. it was a simple, smooth experience, and i didn’t need to contact support or figure anything out.

I actually found a LOT of nice clothes on next.co, and the size options were good too. Most of the things I wanted were available, which was great, though a few colors were already sold out. Overall, it was a good shopping experience, I just wish they would restock popular items a bit faster!

I signed up on next.co.il yesterday, it was as straightforward as you’d expect. The form was clear, nothing felt overcomplicated, and the email code showed up quickly.

Logging in afterward worked on the first try, which is always a good sign. I also liked that it remembered my details on my phone, because obviously nobody wants to keep typing the same stuff over and over.

There’s not much else to say, really. It was quick, smooth, and did what it was supposed to do without making a simple thing annoying

I’ve ordered from next.co.il a few times, and overall the items have been okay, but I don’t feel like the prices match the quality anymore. To me, some of the clothes look nicer on the website than they do when they arrive, which is a bit disappointing. Delivery was perfectly fine, so no issue there, but for what I paid, I expected the quality to feel a little better. It’s not a bad experience, just not great value in my opinion.

The clothes are actually really good quality, they feel nice and have held up well after several washes. I’ll admit I got a bit distrustful after making the payment and started wondering if everything would arrive as expected, but the items turned out to be worth it

I ordered from next.co.il and maybe I’m a bit picky about checkout stuff, but I really noticed the lack of details on the payment page. It timed out once too, which didn’t help. Then the amount charged to my card was slightly different from what I remembered seeing at checkout. Support did sort out part of it, but it took a few days. Overall it wasn’t a disaster, I just don’t feel totally comfortable ordering again
